I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the room was always clean and our pet-friendly accommodation was beautiful and comfortable, but there were some issues like a broken toilet and trash bins full of trash. The supplies were also short, which was a bit frustrating.
Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be a bit disappointing as they were filthy and smelly, and being on the first floor made it uncomfortable with people constantly passing by outside. However, the service was very accommodating, taking my information for potential openings and apologizing for the issues encountered. The location was great, although road construction made access a bit tricky.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a cozy bed and lounge chair, but some walls had visible patched holes. The service was friendly and quick, with helpful directions given for nearby dining spots. The location was good, close to restaurants, though a bit tight to navigate. The dining experience could use some improvement with more options beyond mostly cold items. The facilities were satisfactory but could be enhanced.
